Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (228) 475-6364 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.


Due to Covid-19, there is a massive backlog of furniture orders with ALL OUR FACTORIES. This is not something we can control, and we have no way to expedite orders to ship any sooner. The reasons for the backlog vary from overwhelming demand of furniture, shortages in raw materials, social distancing guidelines in the factory, disinfecting factory assembly areas, etc.

If you place an order, please be aware it can take up to 12 weeks for the order to arrive. This estimated shipping time is ONLY an estimate. It could ship sooner BUT it could also ship LATER. This does not apply to "IN STOCK" furniture orders. In stock orders are filled from inventory on our floor and in our warehouse. We do our best to update status of orders as we see changes. Please note that we check order status almost daily, but order status fluctuates. It is impossible to give an exact shipping eta.

We ask that you please be patient. We understand the frustration this pandemic has created. Hopefully this situation will improve sooner rather than later.
